Joy has been excellent and has had a huge impact on my mother’s life, who is 87 with dementia. I think caring for Mum has been tough at times, but she has coped extremely well. Her housekeeping and cooking are also exemplary and are greatly appreciated. She is doing an amazing job and we are all very happy with her.
