Q: How do you choose your Domiciliary Support Workers?

A: All our daily staff have gone through a rigorous interview.
They have undergone training to make sure they have the right skills for the job and we always ask for at least two references and talk to at least two referees. We also ensure all our support workers have completed a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
